Spring is coming. It's the first day of March and here in Cumbria it's a true sunny Spring day!

All my ideas and inspirations for writing, singing, performing is all made up from my thoughts, feelings, experiences and my survival path.

Please reach out to me anytime if you feel you need to talk to someone regarding your mental health or menopause matters. It's important to talk.

I am delighted that my book is being talked about by so many! I have lot's of meetings lined up during March to place my book (fingers crossed) into many more local independent shops- as well as libraries.

I really do hope to go further a field too, outside Cumbria - if you can help this happen I would be so grateful. 

My book is a good read (not being biased) but the feedback and testimonials to date, have been so welcomed. Thank you.
